We offer a few different formats for yoga & fitness classes. All can be virtual or in-person, depending on where you are.

  • Group Sessions: Hosting a wellness party? Want to bring wellness to your group or company? Looking for new ways to hang with friends? We offer Virtual or IRL yoga sessions, personalized for you & your group.

  • Private Sessions: 1:1 Guidance tailored to your goals. Includes stretching, breathwork, cardio, and strength elements all wrapped up in a Vinyasa-based flow
